Our role in the Sapphire Chatswood project was pivotal, encompassing site establishment, topsoil removal, and the installation of deep foundation piles. We constructed a robust capping beam and shotcrete wall to ensure structural stability. The bulk and detail excavation were completed with precision, preparing the site for subsequent construction phases, showcasing our commitment to quality and safety.

This development includes 90 single bedrooms, each with a private ensuite, alongside amenities such as a café, dining rooms, a private cinema, pool, grand reception, and beautifully landscaped gardens. The rooftop clubroom and terrace gardens provide residents with expansive views of Sydney Harbour Bridge and Anzac Bridge.

For Greenwich Place, Top Civil Group undertook extensive public domain works, including the construction of crossovers, footpaths, and stormwater management systems. Our team installed stormwater pipes and pits, constructed durable kerbs and gutters, and completed the project with asphalt road construction. This project highlights our ability to manage complex infrastructure tasks efficiently and with high precision.
